Paul - we manufacture the Aloha POS and field a lot of questions from the small independent restauranteurs on how they should be setting up social media. Any tips/tricks on how to make social media work for those small independent restaurant operators that may not have a dedicated marketing resource would be great!

We follow you on twitter, can you give some case studies of how you have seen the successful operators utilize Social Media?

I am interested in learning more of how exactly restaurants will use social media. We have been testing here at La Madeline and have found few things that work, I think we are doing something wrong. Shed some light please!
