About Paul Barron
Since founding trend setting websites Fastcasual.com and QSRweb.com in the mid 90's my passion for media and technology and how it intersects with business has been a vision that has finally come to reality.  Business today must address the sweeping changes that are upon us, it's not just about social media but instead about the transformation of how business will do everything from marketing to customer service to research.  I have spent the last 18 years building successful online businesses, building creative content networks, global events and even uncovering emerging trends that have turned into a 20 billion business segment.  My passion is about results and how we can use these new age techniques to move our business into the future.

One Tribe at People Report Conference - Leading in a new way

I am speaking at a special session at the People Report Summer Camp in Dallas, TX June 8-10th.  This is a great management and workforce conference for the restaurant, hospitality and retail business.  If you are not planning to come, you should, there will be ton's of great content and registration is only $99 bucks!

This will be the first time I present my keynote topic "One Tribe" which is about building your tribes in your business and organizations.

I will present a variety of tactics, tools and reasons why your business needs to look at large teams differently.  Technology today enables us to do such amazing things in a short amount of time to build powerful and connected businesses, which I simply call tribes.

The real jewel in this presentation is how you can learn to lead your tribe in a way that can make amazing shifts in your business or industry.  Make sure and join me to catch a glimpse of "One Tribe" at the People Report Summer Camp.
